Zeppoli's - Italian Comfort Food - Shipping and Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Products are shipped from Zeppoli's - Italian Comfort Food, 341-4025 Dorchester Rd, Niagara Falls, Ontario, L2E 7K8.
Shipping costs will be shown on the shopping cart before you check out. With PayPal Express, customers are first taken to the PayPal page. This is where you securely input credit card information and billing/shipping address, we then calculate which shipping rates are applicable. You will not be charged anything until you agree to the shipping rate and total cost.
We always take our time to properly pack all items safely so they will not arrive damaged. In the rare circumstance merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receipt at email@example.com and provide your order number and the product name.
In case of a return. Securely pack items and seal the package. Please return via Canada Post and be sure to insure the shipment for its full value. Retain a copy of the shipping receipt and tracking number; this is your proof of shipment if the product is lost or damaged. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We do not accept collect or postage-due shipments.
If you live locally arrangements will be made to process the return, no shipping and handling fees will apply.
For shipping outside of Canada, please be mindful of your local shipping regulations in case of unexpected delays. Shipments made outside of Canada may be subject to duties, national taxes and/or brokerage fees.
